VeterinaryPractice Manager

Veterinary Practice Partners is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians technicians and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and prior experience overseeing the clinicsoperations youll be responsible for leading with clarity managing multiple priorities and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinicand the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $45000-$55000 salary dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:45am- 6:00pm

KeyResponsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on personnel management including hiring training and development.

• Manageclinics operations including scheduling and inventory management.

• Guideand coach colleagues toward continuous improvement maintaininga strong commitment to the client experience.

• Demonstrate initiativeinbalancingthe needs ofboththebusiness andthestaff.

Qualifications:

• Previousmanagementexperience in a veterinary setting.

• Comfortableworking part time on the floorbothinthe back and up front.

• Experience executingclinical HR functions includingSOPs evaluationsanddisciplinary action.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.
