Job Description

Salary: $132,400 - 251,600 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with at least 10 years of engineering experience.
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering, Test Systems, and Environment, and System Architecture.
• Background in collaborating within cross-functional teams of Systems Engineers and various engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through critical design gates like Systems Requirements Review and Test Readiness Review.

• Engage with customers and key suppliers to gather insights and requirements.
• Create and refine Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
• Design and improve System Architecture.
• Develop and enhance System Requirements, facilitating Subsystem level Requirements creation.
• Conduct Functional and Physical Analyses as well as Functional Allocations.
• Formulate and direct Requirements Verification Strategies and Plans.
• Design Integrated Systems Security Solutions.
• Execute planning and assessments for System Level to Subassembly Integration, Verification, and Validation.
• Support System Deployment and Production.
• Participate in Life-cycle Logistics planning.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
• Build and sustain relationships with Program Leadership and customer entities.
• Coordinate with program leadership for strategic planning.
• Review trade studies, down-selects, and other analytical tasks.
• Manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and oversee report development and delivery.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and presentations to client representatives.
