Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to be the proactive heartbeat of our service department. In this role, you are the "preventative care specialist" for our customers' homes. Your mission is to perform high-quality precision tune-ups, identify potential system failures before they happen, and ensure our clients' equipment runs at peak efficiency.

We offer our HVAC Residential Maintenance Technicians competitive wages of $18-$24/hour based on experience. Along with five paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and PTO (personal time off) after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Cleaning Coils.
  • Checking Refrigerant Pressures.
  • Checking Amp Draw on Motors.
  • Reading Duct pressures.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their system.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Valid Drivers License, clean driving record and a commitment to vehicle safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
