Patchwork Philly is hiring for a dishwasher/food prep position

The job will be three days of dishwashing, and two days of prep. Basic food handling and knife work skills required, but nothing too complex. This is an AM position that requires open/full time availability. Duties are as follows:

Dish days:

• Washing dishes
• Cleaning floors
• Taking out trash
• Maintaining dish machine and cleaning dish pit at the end of the shift
• Setting up for the next shift (chemicals, bins, etc...)
• Taking on larger cleaning projects during down time (washing speed racks, cleaning walls, etc...)

Prep days:

• Preparing & restocking cold side of breakfast buffet
• Assisting line cook with opening
• Restocking cold market (sandwiches, salads, etc...)
• Prepping in advance for above tasks
• Filling out station MEP lists
• Completing a written prep list once all of the above is completed
