About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Structural Forensics & Restoration team. In this role, you’ll drive high-profile projects, innovate solutions for complex structural challenges, and build a high-performing team. You will also cultivate strong client relationships, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the strategic growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural forensics and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and optimize resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Oversee business development initiatives, proposals, and financial performance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff to enhance team effectiveness.
• Support recruitment and growth of the department’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in California.
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering with proven leadership in complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
