We’re a patient-focused dental office looking for a warm, reliable, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first friendly face our patients see!

What You’ll Do:

• Check patients in and out with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
• Verify and process dental insurance.
• Collect payments and explain financial policies.
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
• Keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental office experience (required).
• Knowledge of dental procedures, scheduling, and insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly team player with a positive attitude.
• Experience with Dentrix software (preferred).
