Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Write complex queries to extract and manipulate data
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
• Support decision-making by presenting findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and business units
• Automate data processes and improve data workflows

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
• Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods
• Experience working with relational databases
• Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Experience with data warehousing concepts
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
• Experience in domain-specific analytics (finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.)

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• Ability to translate complex data into business insights
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
