Job Description

Vuori is re-defining what athletic apparel looks like: built to move and sweat in but designed with a casual aesthetic to transition into everyday life. We draw inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle; an integration of fitness, creative expression and life. Our high energy fast paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. We aim to inspire others to take on all aspects of their lives with clarity, enthusiasm and purpose…while having a lot of fun along the way. We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success.

Job Description

Vuori is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support all sample management needs across studio (eCommerce) and lifestyle productions. This role plays a critical part in preparing, organizing, and maintaining product samples for photo shoots, working closely with the Creative Producer, Creative Operations, and Product Marketing teams. From pulling samples and tracking product data to maintaining long-term sample organization and assisting on set, you’ll ensure a seamless workflow from pre-production through shoot execution.

What you'll get to do:

  • Manage and organize product samples for all eCommerce and lifestyle photo shoots, including pulling, tagging, steaming, and restocking items.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing teams to support seasonal style-outs, build shot lists and ensure product availability.
  • Track the status of samples—check in new arrivals, log damaged or missing items, and process replenishment orders as needed.
  • Maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the sample closet, ensuring that all items are properly categorized and stored by product type and season.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify carryover styles and track their usage and availability across campaigns.
  • Provide on-set support during eComm, lifestyle, and seasonal shoots, helping with styling prep, organization, and quick sample changes.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of sample usage and assist in updating internal systems with accurate product and shoot data.
  • Take initiative in improving sample tracking and archiving systems to support production efficiency and team workflows.
  • Approach responsibilities with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed to support the broader team.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sample coordination, wardrobe, production, or fashion merchandising within a creative or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Experience with product archiving or inventory systems is a plus.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a wide range of tasks.
  • Familiarity with apparel categories and photo production workflows.
  • Able to lift, transport, and care for clothing and accessories regularly
