Job Overview:
The Sr Employee & Corp Giving Coordinator will consult and advise the Corporate Responsibility Team to ensure the organization is recognized as a global trusted citizen. This role focuses on fostering authentic relationships that empower communities to thrive while aligning with corporate goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify shared goals and ensure appropriate programs are in place to protect brand reputation and customer base.
  • Drive innovation to ensure community outreach programs are relevant, align with evolving trends and best practices, and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to engage Corporate Responsibility service offerings within other departments.
  • Identify opportunities to achieve department and company goals as directed by executive leadership, providing solutions through analysis, strategic thinking, resource planning, and coordination with leaders.
  • Manage program activities and associated events for the organization.
  • Research and identify innovative programmatic opportunities to deepen engagement and bolster business reputation.
  • Serve as a convener and facilitator for cross-departmental conversations and projects.
  • Act as an intermediary and subject matter expert to address issues ranging from routine to contentious.
  • Communicate impactful and inspirational stories internally and externally.
  • Perform other job duties as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
  • Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in understanding the implications of the latest information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficient in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative ideas about topics or programs.
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, including finding relationships among unrelated events.

Pay Range: $25 - $28/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
